Malo teaches in the tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya. She is a member of the KHYF. She is a member of the British wheel of Yoga. She studies with T.K.V Desikachar, Kaushtub Desikachar, and teachers of this tradition worldwide.

Yoga traditionally welcomes all. It can be practiced with excellent results by every one of whatever age, physical condition, or weight.

Yoga can help you if…
